Abstract
This paper studied the vibration of the 5th mill of 1 780 hot rolling one during the rolling process.Dynamic analysis using ANSYS finite element method and structural mechanics was carried out to calculate the natural frequencies of the frame of the 5th mill at each stage.Results obtained by the two methods were compared and verified,providing a theoretical basis for the design of frame and reduction of vibration.
