Achievement,Problem and Countermeasures for Chongqing to Advance Overall Development of Urban and Rural Education

As a pilot zone of national overall urban and rural comprehensive reform,Chongqing has made progress in overall urban and rural education plan,the increase in the financial investment in education,boosting matched support between urban and rural schools,raising rural teachers' wages,perfecting educational financial support system and so on,however,insufficient financial investment and management system make Chongqing overall urban and rural education development face many challenges,thus,based on survey,this research group gives development ideas and countermeasures for Chongqing to accelerate the advancement of overall development of urban and rural education by making education plan and layout adjustment,by making standardized financial input system,by perfecting education evaluation and monitoring mechanism,by reforming current education management system,by perfecting students' aid and management system and so on.
