College Teachers and Ideological and Political Education for College Students

College teachers play a decisive role in the ideological and political education for college students,and shall contribute more in the new era.Thus,the college teachers need to be morally dedicated,knowledgeable,skillful,diligent and indefatigable.At the same time,they need try to avoid such misunderstandings as treating specialized course to be political,and political courses to be merely sermons.They shall endeavor to explore the ideological treasures in the specialized courses,to integrate basic Marxist principles with the actual classroom teaching,to extent the content of classroom teaching and to link the classroom factors with those outside of classrooms.
