Reflections on the management of Academic degree and postgraduate education in Henan province

The management of academic degree and postgraduate education is one of the most important parts of higher education.Through several decades’ efforts,it has made great progress.However,compare with other provinces,such problems as lacking of enough degree spots,uneven distribution of subjects,and the urgent need in construction for subject system and tutors still exist out of various reasons.Great efforts should be made to develop the degree spots ,to wholly construct the staff of tutors and to standardize the management of postgraduate education in order that we can fit in with the needs of the new century for persons of higher level to increase the economic development and further the steps of scientific and educational development.
