Extraction Process of Naphthaquinones in Radix Arnebiae

Abstract

To study the best extraction method of naphthaquinones in Radix Arnebiae.The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of naphthaquinones determined by RP-HPLC as index.The best method of extraction is cold-soaking with 12 times 95% alcohol for 8 hours.The extraction method for Radix Arnebiae can save energy and be suitable for the modern production.
