It is in the course of material practice that the human body and spirit come into being and are developed. Marxs theory of practical noumenon has the connotation of anthropology. Marxs theory of noumenon, which not only admits matter is the noumenon of the world but also puts the practical activities the meaning of noumenon theory, has important realistic significance on how to correctly handle the relationship between human being and nature, on setting the new object of value and helping the human out of the present difficult position.
