Abstract

FENG You-lan, one of the founders of the discipline of Chinese Philosophy, established his own outlook on the history of Chinese Philosophy as early as the first half period of the 20th century. His Outlook of Chinese Philosophy involves both his overall view on Chinese Philosophy and the outlook of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, etc. At the time when the legitimacy of Chinese Philosophy is called in question, it is of great importance and significance to comprehend again FENG You-lan's outlook of Chinese Philosophy.
