On new rural construction serving by civil engineering specialty in local universities and colleges

Abstract

New rural construction brings challenges and opportunities to the civil engineering specialty in local universities and colleges.The civil engineering specialty in local universities and colleges has to enhance the function of social service,especially in rural area,to achieve the sustainable development.Based on the new rural construction serving,resource was rearranged and a service platform was constructed to develop the specialty.Suggestions were proposed to help new rural construction and prompt the development of rural area.
