Abstract
The construction of new countryside has provided good opportunity for the development colleges and universities,at the same time,new rural construction will push the development of colleges and universities.For interactive development of both rural areas and local colleges,We must change our mind,innovate running ideas and teaching model,explore ways of serving new rural construchion.
