Determination of puerarin in Xintong tablets by HPLC

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the determination of Xintong tablets.Methods The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC.Results The linearity range was 0.167 4～0.725 4 μg,The average recovery of puerarin was 97.7%,RSD was 1.46%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and with a good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Xintong tablets.
