Abstract
Our country universities education in respect for the law must begin to cultivate the youth university students law consciousness.Because legal consciousness constructing is the practice process which unceasingly continues.Not only needs to have dives moves the fine government by law environment which the nature gradually influences,Also needs to have the institution the legal knowledge accumulation and the legal consciousness production way. Needs to have science effective education in respect for the law realization mechanism and so on.
