rasP21 protein expression in the clinical significance of the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To explore and observe the detection rasP21 protein expression of clinical significance in na sopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis.Methods Sixty cases of patients were selected as clinical research objects in our hospital,monoclonal immunoassays was used for 60 patients to detect nasopharyngeal carcinoma rasP21 protein ex pression.Results RasP21 protein expression quantity was proportional to the degree of deterioration in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),rasP21 protein positive expression rate in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 80%,normal nasopharyngeal rasP21 membrane protein expression were 48%,the gap was 32%.P 0.05,it showed that different clinical stage with rasP21 expression difference was statistically significant,patients with different patho logical stages,with the increasement of degradation degree,rasP21 expression increased.Conclusion To detect rasP21 protein expression in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) has important clinical significance and is worth discussing and studying in clinic.
