Abstract
With wheat bran and wheat straw as raw materials, optimum medium and fermentation conditions which solid fermentation of cellulase produced by Penicillium glaucum was optimized by orthogonal and single-factor test. The cellulose content of wheat straw was compared before and after fermentation. The result showed that the optimal medium were as follows:wheat straw∶wheat braw was 3∶2,nitrogen source was(NH4)3PO4,water content 200 %,pH 4.5.The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows:cultivation time 72 h,temperature 40 ℃,pH 5.0,nitrogen content 0.6 %,inoculum 20 % and semi-enclosed cultivation. The NDF,ADF,cellulose and hemi-cellulose content of wheat straw after fermentation dropped by 4.29 %,3.89 %,4.66 % and 5.82 % than before the fermentation,no significant change was found in lignin.
