Exploration of the Establishment of Hospital Ethics Committee

Ethical significance of clinical research is drawing increasing attention both at home and abroad.Combined with practical work of hospital ethics,this paper discusses the construction of hospital ethics committee from the mode of ethics committee's work,standardization process(SOP),file management and team construction and other relevant aspects.Written documents and specification files are essential in the work of hospital ethics committee,in order to improve the normative operation of hospital ethics committee.A perfect regulation of ethics review system should be established,in order to guarantee the procedural operation of hospital ethics committee.
