On the Scientific Concept of Development and the Scientific Values

The philosophical significance of Hume′s Law is that he has found the distinction between value and fact is the premise to research value,and that the fact awareness and the value awareness are two different ways of thinking.Things develop in either the view of cosmology or that of values.The nature of value is reflected in the history and reality that things develop,especially the development of individual existence.The intrinsic value,extrinsic value and the ultimate value of things are consistent with their own development.Given that the scientific concept of development and the socialist core values system share an identical theoretical core,and the socialist core values system takes the concept of scientific development as the guiding ideology for its construction and perfection,hence the scientific concept of development is referred to as the socialist values with Chinese characteristics,which is the concrete manifestation of the values of historical development.
