The Importance of Environment Protection and Soil and Water Conservation during Railway Tunnel Construction

To avoid the destroys of eco-environment and soil and water conservation by plantation abusing,vegetation destroy,soil and water loss and environment pollution,during railway tunnel construction,the causes of these issues are analyzed in depth in this paper.And then,a scheme is introduced to decrease the influence of railway tunnel construction on environment and soil and water at construction site,which is strengthening management rules,training mechanism,resources investment,monitoring and evaluation on environment protection and soil and water conservation.
