Abstract
How to correctly recognize and understand the guidelines for teaching reform of ideological and political education course in higher vocational colleges is the precondition to carry out the reform.The research on teaching reform of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges should focus on the two core issues,the recognition direction and practice of training higher vocational college students,that is,training what personnel and how to train.
