Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO) with Anderson-Hynes operation. Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with UPJO were retrospectively analysed. In these patients,27 patients were ureteopelvic junction stricture;13 patients had high ureteropelvic junction;8 patients were caused by compression of aberrant blood vessels;6 patients were caused by compression of fibre cables.54 patients underwent dismembered pyeloplasty(Anderson-Hynes).Results 54 patients were followed up from 12 to 64 months.49(90.7%) patients recovered or their hydronephrosis relieved distinctly;4(7.4%) patients had no significant changes,1(1.9%) patient became more serious than before. Conclusion Anderson-Hynes(Dissembered pyeloplasty) is the good choice for the patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
