Abstract
AIM: To study the quality disparities between wild and cultivated licorice root.METHOD: HPLC fingerprint of Radix Glycyrrhizae was established(Cromasil ODS column;0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase;gradient elute, etc); The HPLC fingerprints of wild and cultivated licorice root was compared.RESULTS: Some peaks were identified by MS/MS;The fingerprints of them had lettle difference; The contents of two constituents in cultivated licorice root of different growing years were varied dynamically.CONCLUSION:The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Radix Glycyrrhizae.
