Abstract

In this paper, the characteristics of WFMS are analysed and presented a structur e of Workflow Execution System. Based on this, the thesis provided the formal de finition of the UML activity diagram structure and rule which are used for model ing workflow process, then discuss execution of this model by a workflow instanc e.
