Thoughts on the Improvement of Mechanism Related to College Student-turned Village Officials: A Case Study of FengYang County in Anhui Province

The scheme of college student-turned village officials has been implemented in our country in order to strengthen the construction of rural organizations at grass-level,train talented people of the Party and government,guide college graduates to transform their employment concept,and finally encourage them to go to work in rural areas.This scheme has produced some obvious positive effects;however,it also displays some insufficiencies.This paper,therefore,discusses the construction of the long-term effective mechanism through which college student-turned village officials can settle in to work efficiently in rural areas,enjoy living there and make real achievements.
