Effectiveness Analysis and Policy Recommendations of the Policy of College-graduate Village Officials——Take Nanchang City as an example

College-graduate village officials are playing an increasingly important role in the New Rural construction, particularly reflected in the construction of the rural grass-roots organizations. However, the imperfections of the system college-graduate village officials policy, grassroots environmental differences and confusion all college students own in a large extent affected the policy development.This paper has proposed several suggestions which are rather feasible to further improve the policy of the collegegraduate village officials.
