Abstract
The social core-value system is a scientific thesis and was raised in the 6th meeting of communist party. It is the basic situation and main action in our system. The social core-value system decides the character and direction of socialism.. It is the basic of harmonious culture. In this article, the meaning of the social core-value system be interpreted. The moral education of university be guided by the social core-value system.
