Abstract

We must realize the moral adjusting and controlling system first in order to develop the moral effect-uniting the socialism morals. The perfect moral system includes three sub-systems: the system of faith, the system of public opinion, and the system of social action. Each sub-system also has its lower systems. It' s the basic premise for modem society to establish the socialism moral adjusting and controlling system.
