On Creating Condition to Make More People Owning Property Income

Abstract

At present phase,the residents' property rapidly going up while the proportion was still quite low and the distribution gap was also quite large.In the report of the 17th party congress,to condition to make more people owning property income was put forward which was not only an theoretical innovation of Marxism's distribution,but a realistic need to realize social stability,transforming the economic development means and constructive harmonious society.Therefore,it should create conditions of law,economy,market and taxation and etc.to make more people owning property income.
