Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Runfeisanjie capsules. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted in this study. The decoction technology was optimized with the determining ginsenoside Rb1 and total extrac tion as index and using amount of water, decoction time and times as factors. The alcohol precipitation technology was optimized using relative density of concentrate, alcohol precipitation concentraction and deposit time as factors. Results The optimal technology was as follows: the herb medicines were extracted for 3 times,1.5 hour with 8 times of water for the first and the second times,1.0 hour with 6 times for the third time. The optimal alcohol precipitation process was as follows: relative density of concentrate of 1.05,precipitation concentration of 60%,the alcohol deposit for 18 hours. Conclusion The technology is simple and preparation is stable in quality.
