Choice on Growth-Pole of Coastal Region Development in Jiangsu Province and Proposals

This article's viewpoint is,Currently,the coastal region of Jiangsu Province benefits from the two national strategies,namely,the Integrative Development of the Yangtze River Delta Strategy and Development of Coastal Jiangsu Strategy.To be guided by the Theory,Chooses scientifically a region to form the Growth-Pole,which can unify the market force to impulse spontaneously and the government policy to support and channel off,then leads the coastal region to develop fast.This article through empirical analysis showed that Nantong is essential node which the Yangtze River Delta connect with Yellow Sea,and is the first gradient city of the Yangtze River Delta economy development to northern hinterland,is the first Growth-Pole which the coast development of Jiangsu province should cultivate firstly.Lastly,put forward the related proposal on inclining policy resources,improving traffic equipment,adjusting industrial layout and promoting opening level,and so on.
