Abstract

Contacting current actual work of supervision,the author expounds how to implement supervision responsibility from a rational perspective.Supervision should have the overall situation in mind;Supervision should be made clear the nature,characteristics and methods of the work;Supervision should be made clear job responsibilities and the mandate of the exercise of power within the framework of access;Supervision should have the risk awareness and legal awareness to avoid the supervision responsibility and should have the quality of implementing the supervision responsibility.
