Abstract

Human beings in the frame of sustainable development are multi_polarized and complete, with full social and cultural human dignity, rich spiritual life, and right values, looking for knowledge, quality and ability so that the ability in study, comprehension, and creation could become the major drive for social development. Human beings are the ultimate aim of social advance and their comprehensive development is the starting point and final goal of the sustainable development.
