A New White Skin Green Flesh Melon Cultivar ‘Lüle'

‘Lule'is a new middle-late ripening melon hybrid. The fruit is elliptical. The average fruit weight is 1.2–1.5 kg,and the fruit developing period is about 45 d. The fruit color is white. The variety belongs to soft-flesh type and the flesh color is light green with thickness of 3.5 cm. The soluble solids content in the center of fruit is 15.6%. The fruit yield is about 30 t · hm-2. And this cultivar is resistant to gummy stem blight in field.
