Abstract
Being a total amount of material consumption, pressure and wrong cost, administrative litigation cost can divide into different types from different angles. In view of factors which influence administrative litigation cost, our country should cany out the primise of procedure economical principle first, and try to find out such ways of controlling the cost as follows: strengthening time restraint in administration case ,establishing the mechanism of trasferring plaintiff' s direct cost to zero if he wins, realizing jurisdiction independence, promoting judges' qualities, setting up simple procedure, implementing administrative litigation with incidental civil action, founding reconcilable instititions in administrative litigation and so on.
