Abstract
In order to reduce the influence on environment which is caused by minerals resource development, and control pollution from fountainhead, one of the most effective method is to make environmental impact assessment to the minerals resource plan. Through analyzing the general situation of the minerals resource plan of our country, and considering the relation of resource, economy, society and environment, the indicator system based on a lot of work of minerals resource plan environmental impact assessment is established. The indicator system can offer references to environmental impact assessment of minerals resource plan.
