Abstract
The transformation rate of the science and technology achievements was low in Gansu Province. For the sake of improving the market competitive ability of the agriculture, attentions should be paid to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements. Starting with the structural elements of the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements, problems in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements in Gansu Province was analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
