Problems and Countermeasures for Transformation of Agricultural Achievements in Hunan Province

Status quo of transformation of agricultural achievements in Hunan Province was viewed at first.Then,the achieved effects in transformation of agricultural achievements in Hunan Province since implementing 11th five-year developmental plan were summarized in terms of policies,plan supports,technology platform and scientific and technical services.Then,some problems existed in the system for transformation of agricultural achievements in Hunan Province were pointed out,such as imperfect management system,lack of input funds,information asymmetry and lagged extending system.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for those problems were put forward.
