Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital,so as to improve rational drug use in clinic.Methods The 161 ADR cases reported in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed with respect to patients' gender and age,type of ADR,category of drug,administration route,clinical symptoms,and causality evaluation.Results Of the 161 ADR cases,49.69 percent were caused by antibacterials,65.31 pencent were lesions of skin and its appendants.Most drug were administrated by intravenous drip.The severity of ADR was general.Affirmative ADR,probably ADR and possible ADR evaluated by causality were 9,24 and 128 cases,respectively.Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of ADR,management of antibacterial should be strengthened,and unnecessary intravenous administration should be decreased.
