Abstract
Using four greenhouse strawberry cultivars as experimental materials.Picking fruits once a month from the beginning to the end for determining the content of soluble solids and titratable acid.Analyzing the changes of total acid and soluble solids with the light and temperature changes of the seasons.The results showed that in November to August of the next year,titratable acid changed in 'W'-shaped with the change of light and temperature.The content of soluble solids and tss-acid ratio changed in 'M'-shaped.And the change tendency of the content of soluble solids and total acid from December to March of the following year was the same,but it was opposite in other months.
