Abstract

A method for X-ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis of 17 elements in stainless steel,including Cr,Ni,Mn,Mo,Cu,Co,Nb,Ti,V,W,Si,Al,P,S,Sn,As and Fe was developed.A searching system was also established to identify stainless steel grades automatically and ambiguously,and to display the grades in conformity with the test sample and their relational reference values after the measurement of the sample by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
