Abstract

A X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method for the determination of Si,Mn,P,Cu,Ti, W,Mo,V,Ni,Cr and Nb in stainless steel is described. The conditions of preparation of samples are tested, also the accuracy and correctness. The results are in agreement with values determined by chemical methods.
