Abstract
Extraction of flavonoids in Portulaca oleraca was studied. The best condition of extraction was selected by using orthogonal experiment. The results showed that extraction rate of flavonoids with ethanol was higher than with acetone or methonal, and the optimum condition of extraction was the ration of 1 (P. oleracea) : 6 ( 70% ethanol ) and backwatering at 80℃ for three times ( for 2 h once time).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
