Abstract
Objective: To observe curative effects of Yang Yin ShengJi membrance in treating recurrent oral ulcer. Method: All 307 patients were randomized into three groups. Yang Yin ShengJi membrance group received putting the membrance on the affected part, three times per day. Yang Yin ShengJi powder group were administered with Yang Yin ShengJi powder, three times per day. The third group received ornidazole membrance, three times per day. Ten days were one course of treatment, the follow-ups were preformed for one and a half year after five courses of treatment. Result: The difference was significant when three groups were compared(P0.05). The difference was insignificant when Yang Yin ShengJi membrance group was compared with Yang Yin ShengJi powder group(P0.05). The difference was significant when three groups were compared in pain disappearing time, ulcer healing time, the intervals(P0.05); it had insignificant difference when Yang Yin ShengJi membrance group was compared with YangYin ShengJi powder group(P 0.05). Conclusion: Yang Yin ShengJi membrance is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcer.
