Test Serum PCT and HSCRP to Diagnosis for Infectious Diseases of Clinical Value

Objective:To study serum PCT and HSCRP detection diagnosis of the clinical value.Methods:40 patients with systemic bacterial infections person,60 cases of local bacteria infections patients,30 cases of physical examination person were tested PCT and HSCRP by chemical luminescence method and immune than turbidity method.Results:Patients with systemic bacterial infection serum PCT levels were significantly higher than the local bacteria infection group and the healthy control group,with statistical significance(P0.05),While local bacterial infection group and healthy control group had no significant difference,no statistical significance(P0.05);Systemic bacterial infection group and local bacteria infection group of HSCRP levels were significantly higher than healthy controls,with statistical significance(P0.05),While systemic bacterial infection group and local bacterial infection group had no significant difference,no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions:Serum PCT and HSCRP detection might be helpful for diagnosing infection that systemic infection or local infection to distinguish.
