Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of leflunomide on diabetic nephropathy rat NF-κβ,VEGF and TGF-β expression. Methods Through the establishment of a rat model of diabetic nephropathy, studies of leflunomide on NF-κβ,VEGF and TGF-β expression. Results Successfully established a rat model of diabetic nephropathy, studies have shown that leflunomide can down the rats with diabetic nephropathy expression of NF-κβ、VEGF and TGF-β.Conclusion Leflunomide can be an ideal drug for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, its therapeutic mechanism may be related to lowered NF-κβ,VEGF and TGF-β,specific mechanism needs further study.
