Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of homocysteine(Hcy) and coronary artery lesion degree. Methods Hcy level in 108 cases of coronary heart disease patients(CHD group) and 84 cases of non-coronary heart disease patients(control group) were detected. Results The Hcy level of CHD group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05),The Hcy level of AMI group was significantly higher than that of UAP group and SAP group(P0.05),The Hcy level of UAP group and SAP group was not statistically significant(P0.05).The Hcy level of patients with the age over 60 was higher than that of patients with age less than 60,the Hcy level of men was higher than that of women, the differences were all statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Hcy level has close relationship with CHD,and the higher the level of Hcy,the more serious CHD is.
