Justice Connotation of Administrative Accountability in China

It is not a long time for the Chinese government to implement the administrative accountability system,but the effectiveness is obvious.There have been still many defects whose concentrated expression is the lack of impartiality.In order to realize openness,fairness,legitimacy,and the rationality of administrative accountability,it is necessary to promote the pluralism of authority,the accuracy of the accountability objects,the comprehensive of the accountability matters,the unity of the accountability laws and regulations,the standardization of the accountability procedures,and the targeted forms of accountability.
