Problems and Countermeasures of China's System of Administrative Accountability

To deepen the implementation of administrative accountability is an important part of the administrative system,but also the building of responsible government and service-oriented government imperative.China's current administrative accountability system,there are still some problems:weak sense of responsibility,accountability,lack of motivation;accountability of the main unknown,leading to little effect of accountability;administrative accountability of the legal is not perfect,no procedural,the lack of coercive power as a protection;administrative accountability of information missing.Therefore,it is necessary to seek a way out of accountability:strengthen the sense of responsibility,and create a culture of administrative accountability;strict segregation of duties,clear accountability of the main body;improve laws and regulations to achieve system of accountability;public information on administrative accountability.
