Abstract

Spoken English teaching is one of the most important procedures in English teaching. This article, initiating from the definition of oral communicative competence and the effective approaches of developing students' oral communicative competence, discusses how to improve students' oral communicative competence, so as to realize the objective of spoken English teaching.
