Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the use and the existing problems of antimicrobial drugs in hospital, and provide the basis for promoting the rational application of antimicrobial drugs.METHODS According to the targets specified in Rectification Program of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drugs in China, all the data of antimicrobial drug use in 2011were counted(including DDD,DDDS,AUD:antimicrobial use density, etc.)using the method of retrospective investigation. And 120prescriptions of discharged patients in this hospital were selected randomly so as to investigate and analyze the use of antimicrobial drugs.RESULTS The ratio of prescriptions with antimicrobial drugs for outpatients was 1.88% while 54.10%for inpatients. The use frequency of antimicrobial chemoprophylaxis for A class incision was 48.21%,and 57.15% of the patients who took therapeutic application of antimicrobial drugs in hospital received etiology examination.CONCLUSION The use of antimicrobial drugs is basically rational except for chemoprophylaxis.Furthermore, the supervision should be focus on the usage of antimicrobial chemoprophylaxis of A class incision in key department. And the targets of antimicrobial chemoprophylaxis tended to be more rational since the second half of 2011.
