History and Reality——Development and Problems about the Higher Education in 30 Years of Reform and Opening-up

During 30 years of reform and opening up, China's higher education has made great achievements. In the school size, the number of students, teachers, colleges and universities scientifi c research, patent development have come a long way and got steady improvement. It does not only benefi t from the rapid development of society, but also depends on education policy to protect. However, in the rapid development of higher education at the same time, there are still some problems which we need to explore and reflect such as the funds, special education, teacher accountability.
