Two Espacts of Educational Orientation in Higher Institutes

Abstract
The educational orientation in the higher institutes consists of two espacts: the basic orientation and the developing orientation,which should be set in the context of national educational development and be based on the social requirements for undergraduates.Therefore,the construction and the developing objectives of the higher institutes have to be adjusted to the changes that influence their education orientation.Much attention should be paid to the relationship between their stable orientation and their dynamic orientation.
