Abstract
Main functions of quenching cooling equipment are illustrated with emphasis on the agitating,including effects of agitating speed on common quenching oil intensity,quenching deformation,and cooling characteristics of quenching oil,etc.It is suggested to employ quenching equipment with adjustable agitation speed,where different quenching intensity can be obtained in different cooling stage through adjusting agitation speed,as a result,quenching deformation can be reduced.
